New Meter Connections
Applications for new meters within Sunland Park city boundaries require municipal approval. For large construction projects, please contact CRRUA administration directly.
Required Submission Items:
- Application for New Service Meter (PDF)
- Copy of government-issued identification for all applicants listed.
- Full payment of connection fees (required prior to installation).
Service Transfer (Existing Service)
To establish service at a location with an existing meter, submit the following to the CRRUA drop box:

- Copy of identification (Names must match all documentation).
- Proof of ownership, settlement agreement, or valid rental lease.
- $100.00 Deposit (Check or Money Order payable to CRRUA).
Service Termination
Written notice is required to disconnect services. Accounts remain active and will continue to accrue charges until a formal request is processed.
Required Submission Items:
- Discontinuation of Services Form (PDF)
- Copy of identification for the account holder(s).
- Payment for any remaining outstanding balance.
