A 3% increase in water and wastewater rates will take effect at the beginning of calendar year 2027. This adjustment is part of the rate increases approved by the CRRUA Board on November 10, 2025.

Water service will be temporarily shut down in the 5900 block of Speyside Dr. to allow crews to complete necessary work in the area. A portion of Britain Dr. may also experience reduced pressure or intermittent outages during this time.
Service will be restored as soon as the work is completed. We appreciate the community’s patience while this improvement is underway.
