CRRUA invites residents to a Community Workshop to discuss the Cost of Service Rate Study, a review process that helps determine the actual cost of delivering safe, reliable water and wastewater services to our community.
The workshop will take place on October 14, from 5:30 - 7 p.m. at the Sunland Park Multigenerational Center, 4700 McNutt Rd., Sunland Park, NM.
This workshop is an opportunity for residents to gain an understanding of how the water and wastewater service rates are determined, ask questions, and provide valuable feedback. The study, conducted by Jacobs Engineering Group, will play a key role in helping CRRUA support investment to modernize critical infrastructure, build capacity to support future growth, and ensure long-term financial and environmental sustainability.
“Our goal is transparency and community involvement,” said Juan Crosby Executive Director of CRRUA. “We want our residents to be informed as we plan for a sustainable water future.” CRRUA encourages residents and community stakeholders to attend and participate in shaping the future of our water and wastewater systems.
