Customer notification

A 3% increase in water and wastewater rates will take effect at the beginning of calendar year 2027. This adjustment is part of the rate increases approved by the CRRUA Board on November 10, 2025.

A partir del inicio del año 2027, las tarifas de agua y aguas residuales subirán un 3%. Este ajuste forma parte de los aumentos de tarifas que aprobó la Junta de CRRUA el 10 de noviembre de 2025.

Update: Water Service Restored (Posted 9-19-26 @ 7:43 p.m.)

Water service has been restored to the following area: 

  • Carlos Aguire Court
  • Riverview Court 
  • Fielder Court
  • Findley Court
  • Hope Court

This was a planned outage, not an emergency. CRRUA crews initiated improvements to the water system in the area, and the water needed to be off while they conducted the work. 

Water pressure may remain low for a short time while the lines are pressurized, and customers may notice temporary water discoloration caused by naturally occurring minerals in the distribution system. CRRUA recommends waiting until the water runs clear before washing laundry. The discoloration should clear within 24 hours. If it persists, customers should run cold water for several minutes until it clears. Those who continue to experience discolored water should contact CRRUA Customer Service at 575-589-1075 or the after-hours emergency line at 575-202-7173.
