Customer notification

A 3% increase in water and wastewater rates will take effect at the beginning of calendar year 2027. This adjustment is part of the rate increases approved by the CRRUA Board on November 10, 2025.

Update-Correction: CRRUA crews are performing emergency repairs on a water line in the Santa Teresa Industrial Area from Love's Travel Stop to the south to Southwest Skydive to the north.

Update: Service is restored. 

Correction: This was not a water line break. It was an electrical-related component to the water supply. Now that water service is restored, customers may notice discoloration due to naturally occurring minerals in the distribution system. CRRUA recommends waiting for the water to become clear before washing laundry. The discoloration should disappear within 24 hours. If it does not, customers should run cold water for several minutes.
