Customer notification

A 3% increase in water and wastewater rates will take effect at the beginning of calendar year 2027. This adjustment is part of the rate increases approved by the CRRUA Board on November 10, 2025.

A water line break requires an emergency service shutoff today, June 26, 2026. Repairs will begin at 9:00 AM. Residents in the Anapra subdivision will experience complete water loss or low water pressure during this time. Crews are on-site working to fix the line as quickly as possible. We will share updates regarding the restoration timeline as soon as the maintenance team provides them.

Repairs to the water line break in the Anapra subdivision are now complete. Water service is returning to the area, and water pressure is normalizing.

Public notifications have been updated to instruct residents to flush their cold water lines for one to two minutes to clear any temporary discoloration.
