Work is still ongoing at Futurity Drive and Trifecta Drive, and the intersection will remain closed to traffic until at least the end of this week, Friday, June 19, 2026. While underground wastewater repairs are finished, crews are still working to complete the final street paving.

The intersection will stay closed until the final asphalt layer is placed. This prevents having to reopen the road temporarily with a dirt surface, only to close it down a second time when paving begins.

Contractors expect a status update on the paving materials by Friday, June 19, 2026. Paving will start as soon as the material arrives on-site, and the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (CRRUA) will provide a firm reopening date at that time.
