Customer notification

A 3% increase in water and wastewater rates will take effect at the beginning of calendar year 2027. This adjustment is part of the rate increases approved by the CRRUA Board on November 10, 2025.

Office Status

Closed on 06/19. Normal hours resume on 06/22.

Service Status

Field operations and emergency water services continue without interruption.
