Project Update: Manhole Repairs at Futurity & Trifecta

The Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (CRRUA) is continuing scheduled maintenance and repair work on the manholes at the intersection of Futurity Drive and Trifecta Drive.

Current Progress & Next Steps

Contractors are currently managing the initial phases of repair work on-site. Once this stage is finalized, operations will transition to the next phase of the project area early next week. Utility teams are coordinating necessary equipment adjustments to keep the workflow moving forward safely.

Traffic Impact & Timeline

The intersection of Futurity Drive and Trifecta Drive remains closed to all traffic to ensure a safe work zone for the utility crews. Motorists must continue to use Appaloosa Drive as the primary detour route.

While teams are working diligently to complete these infrastructure improvements safely, the intersection is expected to remain closed through late next week. A formal notification will be issued once the project is finished and the roadway is reopened to regular traffic.
