Customer notification

A 3% increase in water and wastewater rates will take effect at the beginning of calendar year 2027. This adjustment is part of the rate increases approved by the CRRUA Board on November 10, 2025.

Maintenance Notice: Phone System Update

The Camino Real Regional Utility Authority phone lines are currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. Telephone services will be unavailable until 1 PM today, 05/12/2026.

  • Online Payments: The payment portal remains operational at www.crrua.org/payments.
  • In-Person Support: The lobby at 4700 McNutt Rd. remains open until 4 PM for walk-in assistance.
  • Emergency Service: For urgent utility issues during this window, please visit the main office in person.
  • Service Restoration: Full phone functionality is expected to resume immediately at 1 PM.

Staff will resume taking calls once the system update is complete.
