Customer notification

A 3% increase in water and wastewater rates will take effect at the beginning of calendar year 2027. This adjustment is part of the rate increases approved by the CRRUA Board on November 10, 2025.

The system upgrade is complete, and online billing invoices are now available for all CRRUA customers through the payment portal.
