Customer notification

A 3% increase in water and wastewater rates will take effect at the beginning of calendar year 2027. This adjustment is part of the rate increases approved by the CRRUA Board on November 10, 2025.

Protect your home from the cold. Cold weather tips.

Indoor Protection:

  • Keep Heat Steady: Maintain a consistent temperature of at least 55-degrees day and night.
  • Image removed.Let Faucets Drip: On freezing nights, allow a small trickle of cold water to drip from faucets.
  • Open Cabinets: Allow warm household air to circulate around pipes.
  • Insulate Exposed Pipes: Use pipe sleeves, heat tape, or insulation. 

Outdoor Protection: 

  • Disconnect Hoses: Remove and drain garden hoses.
  • Cover Faucets: Use insulated faucet covers on outdoor spigots.
