UPDATE (12:40PM): Water service has been restored to the Valencia and Villa Valencia neighborhoods following the earlier utility tie-in operation. Residents may notice discolored water as a result of this work. If you experience discolored water, please run your cold water faucets until the water runs clear before using it for drinking, cooking, or laundry.

UPDATE: 11:17AM - Residents in the Villa Valencia area may also experience low to no water pressure. This is in addition to the previously reported service disruption in the Valencia subdivision.

This remains an unplanned outage resulting from a utility tie-in operation off Industrial Avenue. Utility crews continue working on-site to complete the connection and restore standard system pressure.

The affected zone now includes both the Valencia and Villa Valencia neighborhoods.

The affected zone encompasses the Valencia neighborhood, located north of Pete V. Domenici Highway and west of McNutt Road. Residents can view the specific area of impact highlighted in the red box on the attached map. Updates will be shared as crews provide progress reports from the field.
